MEET JORDAN
WELCOME!
My name is Jordan! Thank you for stopping by!
I am a writer, digital specialist, and adventurer. My passion for writing began in high school when I took various writing courses instead of English/reading. During one course, my teacher would create our assignments off of different online writing competition prompts so after each one, she submitted all of our work. One of our prompts was to write a poem describing yourself and I won! It was then that I knew writing was kind of my thing. And here we are!
I was born and raised in Wisconsin, hopped the boarder to attend the University of Minnesota for college (go gophers!), and I am currently a traveler of the world. I’ve been lucky enough to visit 31 states and 10 countries so far in my 25 years.
During the day, I am a Marketing Coordinator at Red Star Yeast and by night, I’m Just Me, Jordan. This space is where creativity can be explored and I appreciate you being here to explore the world with me.
Outside of my 9-5, you’d most likely find me dancing in my boots at a country concert, enjoying a delicious bottle of wine, catching anything Wisconsin sports at a bar with friends, or spending time with my family.
I wouldn’t be a true writer without leaving you with my favorite quote, “If you’re not going to speak up, how is the world suppose to know you exist?”
